Perhaps you should read some of the recent and numerous complaints about Air Canada on this forum before making the assumption your trip with them will be without incident. You may have better luck connecting via Vancouver, however, as many complaints seem to arise from connections through Toronto. Good luck and please retun to post about your experience.
When I saw the title of your post I thought the complaint was website related. Fortunately the one thing UA and CO did right with respect to the merger was retain the CO website for the combined carrier. The old UA website earned the nickname "Dot Bomb"
