The sad reality is, which major U.S. airline is any better? Certainly not UA. AA? Read all the complaints about them? US Air? One of the worst. Air travel to/from the USA has become a quagmire of expensive, screw you, delayed, cancelled, clusterf***ks. Disgraceful and infuriating, really.
