Passengers don't need an FAA rulebook. All they have to do is dump their self-entitlement attitude, and follow the instructions of the flight crew. Simple beyond belief.
In this case, it was NOT a battle worth fighting at that time. One can always file complaints with the appropriate agencies at the completion of the flight. But never try to fight the battle on the plane. You will lose every single time.
