so very enoyed with etihad...I have been patient, angry, frustrated, etc for more then 2 months now....there si no personal approach except for the standarised computer messages that tell you how important you are....
well, after having been a regular customer for years, it's over!!! I will do my uttermost best to get what I paid for but loyalty to that airline is past!!!
they charge you double ( communication error) but can' t pay back the miles or the money for so long...then the staff tells you it happens all the time!!!!! Devils!!!
