Hi,
Our family booked tickets (me, wife and two kids) with Etihad from London. This was booked via a travel agent (not happy much!).

We all have Etihad FF memberships.

In our passports name split in to two. Surname and other Names.

In my and my wife's, they used the first name of the "Other Names".

In my kids tickets, they used the Middle Name of the "Other Names".

But above Names are correct as per the passports. Should I contact Etihad to clarify this?

Under the "Manage My Booking" section of Etihad site, I can see that all correct passport numbers, date of birth and FF Numbers included. And even stated the Kid's names in the ticket as "Middle name". My and My wife's Middle names stated separately.

(I don't want to contact agent..pretty useless)
