Hi,

I have a reservation for my parents for 13th Nov 2012. My mother's surname on the ticket is her maiden name. Unfortunately on her passport, her last name is different from that on the ticket. This needs to be changed before they travel. This reservation was made via Expedia .
We are in touch with Expedia who do not have any policy on such name changes. They are trying to reach out to Etihad but are unable to get through. Etihad call centers are not reachable either. We've been on hold for hours together in vain

Could someone help us here?
