Flight 2012 from DFW-RNO on July 11th
Well, I boarded the plane, and noticed I was sitting next to a full size "service" (police - off duty) drug dog and off duty police man. I would've been alright with it, except for the fact it was a wet mouth dog, and it's breath smelled worse than a dirty diaper. After he realized he was sitting in someone elses seat, he moved up a row to the correct seat. As people were boarding the dog attacked an african american man. During the course of the next hour on the flight it attacked two flight attendants, one other man, and the off duty police man.
The dog was then locked in the bathroom and we had to make an emergency landing in Albuquerque. After an hour and a half or so of having to wait to have the dog crated, we finally got back on our way to Reno.
Really this is attacking AA's stupid policy's on service dogs. Personally, I think only on-duty service dogs (aka dogs for the blind or disabled) and not off duty police dogs. Anyone else have something that is stupid like this?
