Arrow Sure, blame the consumer.

Airtran Airways is EXTREMELY unprofessional. The STATION MANAGER in San Francisco CA referred to my mother and I "B*!@#es" because we wanted to know why they wouldn't accept our bags to be checked.

I have absolutely no reason to doubt onus for this mishap belongs on Airtrans.
