Travelled from Toronto to kochi in May12th and returned 29th May
The ticket clearly shows the EY frequent flyer number, but still it was not credited.
Later i submitted missing miles in the ETIHAD AIRWAYS website
I called TORONTO Etihad AIRWAYS several times , the CUSTOMER SERVICE IS SO BAD and they dont understand that the customer gets miles for travelling and later the customer service said the website will check the itenary and credited
It is still not credited. I am really frustrated and upset with the service of etihad airways and the attitude of the staff
