From having a ticket to standby
My first flight was overbooked by 10. By the time they straightened that out we were late getting to where we were going. I thought I missed my connecting flight, only to learn later that it was cancelled. Now I am flying standby to try to get out before the flight they booked me on that was leaving 8 hours after the flight I bought a ticket on & they cancelled.
Pretty poor way (keeping it clean) to run a business. Will drive in the future.
