Sher Khan (United Airlines at SFO)
I too, had a similar experience with Sher Khan at United Airlines in SFO. I also know him personally, and it doesn't surprise me that he acts the way he does. We have mutual friends and hung in groups a few years prior to my bumping into him at the airport. I guess he forgot who I was, but that didn't stop him from being unprofessional. He had confided to a mutual friend that he hates his job, but that he couldn't find anything else that he could work in because English was a second language to him. Additionally, the low pay that he receives adds to his misery, which in turn translates into this rude, and nonchalant demeanor towards passengers. This is clearly a man who hates how he failed at life, and really just takes the misery to his job on a daily basis. So fellow passengers, if you run into this man at the United Airlines counter at SFO, don't be surprised if he treats you badly. I really think he has deep psychological issues and feels the need to validate his existence by being rude to passengers because he is so unhappy with himself.
