Charged twice!
I recently booked a flight from Manchester airport to Bangkok. There were issues with their system and Etihad subsequently charged me twice for the return flight, eliminating my holiday fun and putting my account overdrawn. I am now receiving letters from the bank and they will be closing my account! My whole holiday was ruined by this error and I need this resolved ASAP.
