Hi Jimworcs- thanks for the comment- I just looked though EU 2004/261 and didn´t see any clear indication that this abuse was foreseen- do you know what is the exact basis that Lufthansa is relying on for it?
they have also referred to their terms and conditions but I also cannot find anything really relevant there.
It is only 218 euros but I just hate being ripped off like this.
