Yawn, you don't get it. Each detail you add makes it worse. The undercover suggested it might be because of the way you looked...ie, covered in tattoos. That's not racist either, it's tattooist! Lol

The change from Mexican to Spanish which was intended to appease "PC" people like me made me laugh out loud. Being Mexican is not a negative thing, and being Spanish isn't more acceptable. The racism was when you ascribed their motives and actions on the basis of their ethnicity, with no evidence whatsoever.

You just had a row with two airline employees, who you think treated you unfairly. That is very common, and if you look at my posts you will find most of the time, when that happens, I am mostly on the side of the passenger. You decided not to deal with the issues, but instead focussed on their ethnicity. You did that because you were stupid. After your stupidity was pointed out by others, you kept digging and have revealed that this is not a one off act, but apparently a permanent state.
