Czech airlines cancelled my flight from Prague to Berlin and now is totally unhelpful. I will travel with my five children (10,8,5,2,2) from Seoul to Berlin and they route me now via Frankfurt. The connection time in Frankfurt is just 45 min. which is impossible to manage with five sleepy children.

I do not want to get stranded in Frankfurt but Czech airlines are really cruel and dont care at all.

They even dont answer to complaint emails.

SO PLEASE BE WARNED! DO NOT BOOK CZECH AIRLINES! THEY WILL LET YOU DOWN AND JUST TAKE YOUR MONEY!
