My flight was delayed due to a strike and I was rebooked but it was a disaster as Lufthansa are hopeless. I have tried for compensation but they are refusing. My phone bill was £348 just for calls to them and they have reimbursed me £124 which is not even half!! now they are ignoring me. How do I get them to reimburse the rest?
