Delta Website Booking HAssle
Several times now, when booking a Delta flight online I end up with a PM flight instead of an AM flight. In Delta search criteria input field they ask you for AM or PM departure, and guess what, that does not make a difference because they will spit out any flight they have for that day. Hence I have already 2 or 3 times booked a flight PM instead of AM as I intended. Why do they even ask what your departure time preference is if they totally ignore it in the search results they present. Just very poor website design, seems to be rigged so they can collect more change fees after one realizes the error.
