LAN - Employee cancled my ticket which is not refunded
I bought a ticket of LAN airline on their website.
But my name was wrongly input. So I applied for canceling my ticket. But I read your rule which it cannot be canceled because it is 'Base' after applying it. By following your regulation, Base cannot be canceled. The sentence which is 'no permite devoluciones del boleto' from your site and I attached a picture about it. So I called your contact center for other countries(number is '(56 -2) 2 687 2400') two times. First time, I called there and changed my name. Some days later, I called there again to confirm it. And they tell me "It is okay". But suddenly my ticket was canceled when I checked-in in Calama airport. And a staff who worked there told me "It was refunded". So at that time, I had to buy new ticket which reservation code is LTGCVS.
I have just checked my account. Even money was refunded partially. Total money was 62,788 but only 12,788 was refunded.
So I would like to get money back which is 120,788(New ticket fee) - 12,788(Part refund) = 108,000.
But their answer is below.

To this respect, it is necessary to inform you that LAN puts available to all its
customers, different fare alternatives, with rules and restriction that can or not allow
changes and refunds. Once you choose a specific fare, you accept the terms and
conditions that are informed during the purchase process.
Therefore we are not able to make any refund for the tickets, due to fare
restrictions and regulations. In this case only the taxes can be refunded.
According to our records you purchase your ticket at lan.com. And you were
advise of the terms and conditions with our Sales receipt sent to your email
address ( CUV).
