I appreciate the information. Here is the deal, though, I have dealt with overbooked planes. This was not the case. It was a small aircraft that was not even fully booked. The weight was not an issue until after they added gasoline, and removing 20 out of a total of 37 passengers?

Finally, are they permitted to offer deal X to one customer and then not offer it to another?
