Rip off-I have travelled extensively with this airline, but will never do so again-my last trip, from Tenerife to Newcaste, I was charged €243 excess baggage-the ticket cost was only €147-I was told I could not unload my suitcase-I had to pay, or I did not fly. The aircraft are dirty, consistently late-they try to sell all the time, even when you are trying to sleep-they are horrible-never again!!
