This is the latest - I hope this serves as an accurate representation of how Etihad deals with simple queries. So that people can see how they may be treated. The latest email has asked me to wait for their 'dedicated team' for 'investigation'. After I have waited a month already.......

Can you please tell me who you will be sending it to, as far as I am aware from etihad representatives - there is no dedicated team for this type of investigation
