we had to change the flight, due to medical procedure. they had an exchange fee of 200 per ticket, plus they charged $25 phone fee even though I was not able to change the flight online. then they had the audacity to say that i spoke to the manager and I didn't who said it would not be waived. the manager are nasty, I asked to be cooperating, and don't want to waste your time, and reach another manager who i spoke to , she said " i am getting paid by the hour, so it we can argue all day. managers dont want to address the issue.
