Sas now downgraded
SAS was the benchmark for other airlines. Now it has become just as bad as the dregs of the industry. They lost my daughter's bag, lost her connecting flight and were to have her stay, a minor, in Istanbul. To top it all off they"stonewalled" the complaint for compensation for the lost baggage. Ultimately they paid compensation after being reminded about their obligations under IATA. It's sad that gravity has dragged down this once great airline.
