Default Do I have any rights?

Hello
On New Years Eve I made a booking for an Air India flight from Bangkok to Heathrow, using the website cheapflights.co.th a partner of vayama I believe.

I immediately realsied my error, booking fr Feb 7th instead of 6th, and emailed the booking company within 10 minutes.

The website states that all emails are answered within 24 hours. A further 5 emails have been sent and no replies to any.
Their telephone system is not working.

I have also contacted the airline, no answer. My credit card company can do nothing at this stage.

All I want is my ticket changing without any large fees.

Do I have any rights?
