I am absolutely disappointed with the kind of service provided by Etihad guest. I made a missing miles claim for my dad and I in November. We took a Sri Lanka from Singapore to Paris, Rome to Singapore. Till now, only my dad miles (family) has been credited to my account in late December and huge portion of my miles expired on 31 Dec 2013. If not for the fact that Etihad guest took so long to process my missing miles, I would have redeem award flights.
And till now, the missing miles has not been in yet. They are NOT replying emails. What kind of service is this?
I will hesitate to take Etihad airlines ever again. Dealing with such incompetent people is the greatest insult ever.
