Blah blah blah... lady, let me explain something to you. Unless you're an elite frequent flier or someone who makes hundreds of thousands in airfare buying decisions you are a COMMODITY to pretty much ALL of the U.S. legacy carriers. If you think the same scenario could not have happened on Delta or United, you're wrong.

Also, I'd take 50:1 odds that they are not going to meet your "demands."

If you want a decent flying experience these days, stick to the premium cabins on heavily subsidized foreign carriers or travel by private jet. Short of that you get what you pay for.
