United flight 1447
I am sitting on this plane in Houston. Been in the plane for over an hour now. They loaded us without a flight crew. Then after loading us on a sweltering plane they informed us the flight crew was in their way. Then 39 minutes later tell us that the crew hasn't even landed yet. Superb communication united. The crew on board also never tells you anything. It is pretty sad when an apple app is more communicative and has better information than the airline you are traveling on.
