Thumbs down Waiting for something to happen!

Any advice appreciated on how to get the ball rolling here....

I have been in correspondence with a rep in Etihad Guest Services dept. since Early February. After a series of unfortunate events, we did not get to enjoy our trip to Dubai and the rep (who was very helpful at the onset) promised to look into our case. It was later decided to grant a refund for all our tickets and when prompted I sent off all our banking information. I was told the process would take 2-3 wks but when a month passed and no deposit was made, I followed up with 3 emails to the rep over the course of 3 more wks, and one to the company's social media email. It was only when I put out a msg on FB that the rep contacted me stating she had sent a response (never got it), and that according to the finance dept they made a deposit. This never came to me and Ive been trying to get in contact with someone in that department of someone who can follow through and find out what happened. Since then I have sent two more email both of which have gone unanswered. Even a response to know they are working on it would be appreciated. It is not my style to "out people" or companies but I what else can I do to garner a response here? My case # can be sent upon PM request.
