Virgin American Airlines: worst customer service
I booked a flight with Virgin Airlines to Las Vegas. After searching for the best deals I finally scheduled a flight that met my needs. A few weeks later I received an email saying my flights have been changed. One flight was changed to overnight. After calling Virgin, and speaking with Kathy, the attitude was well this is the flight change so take it or leave it. When i said I did not agree with these changes, she replied well we have the right to do so and began reading me the contract. I am very disappointed with my booking with Virgin Airlines, not only were they not helpful and inconsiderate of their customers, they would not even give a voucher for further use of their airlines. I am going to cancel my trip with them all together and never use Virgin Airlines again!!
