Kuwait Airways SUCKS.
I booked a flight on Kuwait Airways from Mumbai to Amman on 1st of May. Booking reference MC5NQ6
When I arrived at the airport, I was told the flight is delayed.
Then 2 hours later – I was told that the flight is cancelled? Seriously? Is it this easy to take our time and money for granted?
A person from the staff was nice enough to put me on an Oman Airways flight through Muscat to Amman.
WHEN I REACHED MUSCAT I GET A MESSAGE THAT MY ONWARD BOOKING IS CANCELLED? (mail below)
HOW CAN THIS BE DONE?
What was I supposed to do? I didn’t have enough money to buy another ticket. My phone didn’t work.
I was a single female traveler and the airline had NO right to make me feel stranded & helpless.
I cannot define the TRAUMA I went through until Oman Airways was kind enough to put me on the flight to Amman.
3 hours of hell.
Airlines who cannot manage their flights and can put travelers through such difficult situations should not be allowed to function.
This is unacceptable and I want to know how they are going to compensate me for the hell they put me through.
