As an officer and military pilot, I was required by law to report any accident or incident and give a viable explanation to my superiors. If I intentionally ignored what had occurred then I could be brought under charges IAW UCMJ. That means I go to jail and I do not pass GO. I demand the same responsibility from an Airline Captain. Do I trust Delta to police themselves? NO!!!
