No meal options on a 12 hours flight
My response to the Etihad Guest Relations Officer's comments are already mentioned above. It does not seem as if Etihad is willing to accept that it erred. The response I received gives me the impression that Etihad feels that such things happen and it was my tough luck to be at the receiving end. The funny part being that they want me to travel with them again and send them feedback!
