Missing baggage and flight change
As I have booked flight with Etihad and I have suffered by staying at airport full night and given flight for the next day which delay my all plan. As i travel for some specific purpose and deals and i was having all my important papers and things in baggage as i was not having any hand carry. my baggage was not transfered to my flight and i didnt get in delhi so i waited 8 days for the baggage but didnt got and came back with out any work.
I travelled by Etihad to do some financial deal but i got loss of 5 lacs INR as i could not able to do this due to missing baggage.
As my trip was for urgent purpose and could not get any benfit but only suffering and waiting for the baggage so i request to reimburse the ticket money or give me alternate free ticket for india as i have to travel back to india to complete the same work.
I didnt get any reply from Etihad.
