AA charges for flight changes
I have had to change my holiday flights due to a travel agent error ( which they don't accept) but American Airlines charged me 3000 pounds sterling to change 7 flights to Orlando. They will sell the original flights again and make a ton more money. You might as well not bother talking to customer service - you get the same ridiculous platitudes and no help. I will never fly with them again.*Disgraceful. I helped out with a medical problem on the same flight last year and you get no recognition from this airline for putting yourself in a difficult situation.
