Baggage Claim Office PHX- Atrocious Service
There was only 1 agent and 25 people from my plane whose luggage didn't arrive…on a celebratory holiday, NYE.
Customer service agent:
1.) Was completely unprepared to deal with 25+ angry passengers.
2.) Was incompetent/inefficient; each claim took 10-15 minutes to process.
3.) No eye contact or sympathy for passenger frustration escalated situation.
4.) Called for assistance from a supervisor 4x and nobody came to help her.
5.) Suggested the bag would be delivered and left outside on a porch.
[It was brand new, brightly covered luggage filled with Christmas gifts and clothing.]
Horrible experience on New Years Eve made worse
by unskilled, unsupported customer service agent.
