Dear passengers of Etihad, unfortunately, I think there is no Cazzi anymore in this forum, he was the only one doing his job properly. I have spent 4 days politely calling, e-mailing, knocking to all social media and got some response only when I got angry, but problem still remains. We will see... I will write here again to keep you informed about how Etihad is treating their customers.
