Etihad Customer Care Agent Charged Credit Card Without Customer Confirmation and Misl

My Name Is Abdul Fazmin.
My wife called Customer care ( 800 85 00026 ) on 25th May 2015 around 9.30 Pm (saudi time) to change date of the flight to 13 July 2015
Etihad Customer care Agent Name : FIRAZ
We ask how much we have to pay the changes.
FIRAZ said we have to pay additional SAR3,859.00 which is crazy and unacceptable because if we were to purchase new ticket at that time, the price is only SAR 3,0++.00.
Why would we pay another SAR 3,859 on top of SAR 2,0++.00 ( which we had paid before) for an ECONOMY CLASS!
So, we could not accept and we cancelled everything and this agent FIRAZ gave us an open ticket.
But before that, AED 3,410.00 has been deducted from my wife's credit card without our permission.
He said the amount will be transferred back within 72 hours but until now, we have checked there is no changes in the credit card statement.
I have called Customer care again today regarding this issue but they seems have no interest in solving this matter.
This poor customer care and misleading information from this agent name FIRAZ making us disappointing and we might not consider using Etihad again in future vacation.
