We were supposed to go to Bermuda for 5 days starting June 9...the plane from Quebec to Toronto was broken and we were going to miss our connection to Bermuda unless Westjet booked us on Air Canada for Toronto and they refused...the next flight was 2 days later...we cancelled our whole vacation...no answers from WESTJET...no refunds yet from FlightHub...a disgrace
