I have nothing but bad travel storeis with this airline .As a soldier returning from Iraq our flight was delayed ..moved several times to several gates during several hours of delay and then we were told it was overbooked since they had to cram 3 flights into one. We rented a car and drove 700 miles and then some. We were asking what happened and how it happened and we were told "if we didnt like it we could take it up with security " A very young and obese security guard appeared looking ready to take us.. all we could do is laugh. They have no common sense. They have no common manners and I would love to tell everyone not to use this airline.They need us more then we need them..so why do they treat everyone so horrible ! I say ground them !
