Why do I need to write to another email to explain my experience. You can easily find my name in you Etihad Gold guest list and my itenary will be there. I don't know think writing to another communication channel of yours will help in any way but just you are introducing layers to complicate the matter. Unless you have some compeling reason to convince me!! Already wrote to your Etihad Gold Guest email and I get same to write to another email (not even the one you gave). So you see you guys need to get your act right.
