We can imagine this is an uncomfortable position and you would like to resolve the issue as soon as possible. To ensure the process is as smooth as possible, we would strongly recommend you to get in touch with your travel agent regarding this, since you have booked your ticket through them. If they need to, they will get in touch from their end with our contact center for you to cancel the ticket/change the name.

There has been an option for not having any surname. I am not in a position to bear this huge cancel amount. So please help me out.
