Default poor senior service

US Airlines late leaving due to lack of adequate flight attendant staffing. Plane was late of course and we missed connecting flight. Customer service provided a hotel room at no charge. Ask about supper meal and was told by US Airlines that the hotel should have a breakfast. Then ask about supper since it was now 7 pm., no reply. Took 1 1/2 hours for shuttle ride from airport to hotel. No food, no baggage. Left at 5 am for new flight the next morning. Still no food. Cost $25.00 additional charge for long term parking. No apology, no refunds, nothing.
