miles not credited as a punishment or upgrading ???
Hello,
I've purchased a flight originaly in economic class (fare class U and Q). I've then upgraded my flight using the "etihad select upgrade" ... that was the beginning of my issues with their loyalty program:
the U fair ticket has been changed to X, and after my return, I couldn't see any miles or tier miles credited for any of the 2 flights.
I've called them 8 weeks ago, send mails to claim missing miles 6 weeks ago, as of now, not a single explanation on why I don't get the miles and tier guest miles.
I'll for sure never ever upgrade again, but most importantly, I've now completly lost trust in their customer support. No answer after 8 weeks is simply not acceptable, especially when they've made the mistake.
I trully hope someone from etihad can have it fixed quickly.
