These flights have a total distance of 3000+ miles but Spirit has only credited 815 to my account. It is impossible to contact them except by email and then they just reply that they received your email-I have had no reply despite sending 2 emails.I really DO NOT intend to travel with this airline again if I can help it but the fact is that these are miles I earned and I want them credited to my account just in case they offer a reasonable fare. Anyone with a similar problem????
