Fraud activity put my account into audit and no communication since
Somebody accessed my account in mid November. I called BA to inform them, they immediately put my account in audit and sent me a mail to say it will be investigated and unlocked again in one month.
It's now been 2 months, and despite now 5 calls, nobody has confirmed what has happened and why they haven't given me back my avios or tier points.
Instead, all I've been told is 'there is nothing we can do, and we can't confirm any investigation has happened and when my account will be reopened'
I just want to get my miles back, and use them
