Hi i was a passenger on ETHIOPIAN AIRWAYS flight no ET303 on 2016/01/06 from South Africa via Kenya ( where my luggage problem started after connecting)to Juba.On arrival in Juba ( south sudan) my luggage was no where to be found.I received my luggage 48 hours later and report the incident to ETHIOPIAN AIRWAYS to their Cape Town,South Africa office,two offices in Ethiopia but after 6 days i did not receive any help from them after i requested compensation due to personal stuff i had to buy.
