The more I make efforts to try and contact Etihad directly the closer this post is coming to being a full on complaint. I can't believe a company of this size provides no means for customers to contact them other than an automated phone service.
If anybody on the forum knows of an email address I could try or a UK based phone number that will actually allow me to speak to a human being, can you please let me know?
Failing this I will have to resort to Social Media...!
