Default Delayed Baggage Claim EY45

I travelled on Etihad Airways on 25th January 2016 from HYD-AUH-DUB. On reaching Dublin airport and after waiting for nearly three hours I was informed that due to some "incident" my baggage could not be delivered. I was then asked to fill put a form of Swissport and was informed that my baggage will be delivered at my house address.
Due to this unreasonable delay I could not attend a meeting which I was scheduled for that day as my important documents were in my Baggage. Also I was left helpless without any winter wear and my day to day basic necessities that were all packed in my baggage.
As per the Aviation law the airline has to compensate me if any delay in delivering the passengers baggage takes place. I also demand to be reimbursed with the purchases I was forced to make regarding my clothes. Not to forget my meeting that resulted in absolute failure.
I hold Etihad responsible for this and demand compensation immediately from them.
There is no proper channel/ telephone/ Email ID of Etihad where their customers can inquire about such complaints. Their given phone numbers are just a waste of time.
Looking forward for an acknowledgement and a positive action from Etihad.
