NEVER fly Air France
I have had BOTH my flights cancelled to and from Japan where I am due to travel later this month. There are no Air France flights now departing on my designated days of travel so I am having to incur additional accommodation costs at both ends of my trip. NO response to my complaint email sent 18 days ago. APPALLING SERVICE, spread the word.
