no response to request for refund due to death
Adding insult to my grief: my husband passed away on 2/20/16. We had tickets on American for a family vacation beginning 3/25. I have called 2 times beginning 2/24 and written a letter asking for a refund of my husband's airfare. Sent a copy of the death certificate. No response. I used my ticket to join my family and couldn't help but notice with the full flights that my husband's seats had been resold. It's 8 1/2 weeks since I first contacted American. Why no response or refund?
